STACY (Smart Twin and AI for Circularity) is a digital framework that works with real-time data, simulation, and predictive analytics to promote circular principles in architecture, urban planning, and building lifecycle management. By coupling Digital Twin technologies with AI-driven insights, STACY enables proactive decision-making across stakeholders, supports Level(3) sustainability indicators, and fosters material efficiency, energy optimization, and adaptive reuse in smart environments.
